Event Details:

Date: April 27th

Time: 8:00 AM

Location:

RISE School, 2626 Hogan Road, East Point, GA

The Mile Walk is not just a physical activity but a powerful symbol of our collective stride toward understanding, acceptance, and support for individuals and families affected by autism. Your participation can make a significant difference.

Autism affects 1 in 44 children in the United States, impacting countless families and communities. By participating in this event, you’ll be taking a step towards making a difference, fostering a more inclusive society, and helping to break down barriers for those with autism.

We encourage participants to wear blue, the color of autism awareness, to show solidarity and support. Whether you’re a brother of Phi Beta Sigma, a member of the local community, or simply someone who wants to contribute to a great cause, your presence and participation will be greatly appreciated. Together, we can make strides towards a more understanding and supportive world for those with autism and their families. Let’s walk together for a brighter future!

If you cannot join us on that day, we encourage you to grab two or three brothers, walk a mile on any day in April, and post a picture on social media using #PBS1914SOCIALACTION.
